CORPORATE ACCOUNTS may be established after completing a Credit Application. We do request a credit card for the first order and will keep the number on file. Invoices are mailed within 3 days after the order is placed. If payment is not received within 30 business days, the amount will be placed on the credit card.

BASKET ORDERS PLACED for local delivery will be delivered the next business day unless otherwise requested or future date is arranged. All commercial deliveries will be made Monday thru Friday between 8:00a.m. ­ 5:00p.m. Residential deliveries will be made Monday thru Friday between 8:00a.m. ­ 7:00pm. All deliveries to Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake and Portsmouth start at $6.50. Deliveries to Hampton and Newport News start at $8.50. Saturday deliveries are also available upon request starting at $8.50

ALL DELIVERIES REQUIRE A PHONE NUMBER

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES made where no one is available to receive the delivery will be left with a neighbor if possible and a door tag left with notification of delivery and location.

RE-DELIVERIES ATTEMPTS OR RE-ROUGHTED DELIVERIES when no one is available to receive packages, a second delivery attempt will be made and charged accordingly. In addition, you will also be charged if the second delivery attempt is due to an incorrect address.

SPECIAL TIMED DELIVERIES WILL BE QUOTED UPON REQUEST

PICK UP ORDERS must be picked up at the time agreed upon at time of order. Orders that are not picked up within 3 days of scheduled pick up time will be delivered via our courier service at the customers expense and billed accordingly.

UPS SERVICE is available upon request. Most parcels range from $9.50 - $15.50 for regular ground service. All other requests will be quoted (next day, three day select and 2nd day etc.) All UPS orders will be sent regular ground service unless otherwise requested. Any packages returned by UPS as a result of a wrong address will be billed accordingly. UPS will leave packages at the door of a residential delivery if no one is available to receive the package. We advise our clients to send packages to commercial addresses when possible.
